英 teresting!

大家有沒有遇過一個情況就是

別人在跟你講故事提到人名時，你會很想要看一下那個人的照片，

這樣比較能對整個故事更有一個畫面？

那這個要怎麼說呢～

put a face to the name / put a name to the face 

看是名字還是臉先聽到/看到，先聽到/看到的放後面，

但put a face to the name比較常見。

來點例句吧

1. It's nice to finally meet you and put a face to your name. 

很開心終於見到你然候知道你是誰了。

2. I've heard your name so often. It's nice to finally put a face to your name. 

我聽過你的名字好幾次了，很開心終於看到本人。

3. It's hard to keep all of your friends straight. Maybe you could show me their pictures so I could put some faces to names. 

好難知道你的朋友誰是誰，或許你可以給我看他們的照片所以我可以把名字跟臉對上。
